Choose your vehicle
Fancy an electric car? SUV? hatchback? The choice is all yours. Simply choose the fuel type, make, model, and spec from a range of leading manufacturers, including any additional features and options you’d like in your car.
Salary sacrifice is a simple, easy-to-enroll scheme that provides you with a fully maintained vehicle at an affordable, fixed monthly cost. It works by taking an agreed amount from your gross salary each month, before National Insurance and income tax are deducted, reducing the cost of both.
Plus, with KINTO’s simple ‘employee journey’ you can compare and explore the best deals and choose the car that’s right for you, making it a great way to try out an electric vehicle.
Comprehensive reporting is included that empowers a smooth administration process and delivers visibility on how the scheme is being used across the business. Our scheme can be integrated with a third-party benefits provider.

Employer approval
Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll need to sign the paperwork on screen, and we’ll notify your employer. They’ll then review the order to ensure it meets all necessary requirements before approving it.
We’ll deliver your car
Your order is sent to the factory to be built to your exact specifications. This usually takes 12-16 weeks, but exact timings will vary depending on the car you choose. As soon as your new car is ready, it will be registered, and we’ll arrange delivery with you. Alternatively, if you want your car sooner, we can check which models are in stock across national dealerships and can therefore be delivered faster.
With you, mile for mile
Our support doesn’t end once your new car is delivered to you. You have a ‘one call’ number so you can get in touch with us 24/7 to arrange breakdown service, accident management, service booking, MOTs, repairs, or if you simply have a question about the scheme.
Salary sacrifice is recognised by HMRC as a Company Car Scheme, which means you’ll need to pay a Benefit in Kind (BIK) tax (often called 'company car tax'). BIK is calculated based on the car's list price (Plld), C02 emissions, fuel type, and your income tax band. EV drivers benefit from reduced BIK rates due to their lower CO2 levels, with zero-emission cars paying just 2% BIK until April 2025, increasing by 1% YoY until 2028.
The suitability of salary sacrifice depends on your salary. If using salary sacrifice would reduce your earnings below the National Minimum Wage, then you are not eligible, so we advise considering the cost of the vehicle you choose to ensure you can afford it. It should also be noted that salary sacrifice is a long-term financial commitment, with participants required to take part in the scheme for at least 2 years. If you decide to leave the scheme during the contract term, you may incur early termination costs.
