Business leasing for Toyota and Lexus vehicles

Business Contract Hire (BCH) agreements enable vehicle rental for VAT registered businesses with up to 25 cars or LCVs. Leasing with KINTO gives you a choice of all Toyota and Lexus cars and LCVs. The agreement consists of fixed monthly payments, determined by the number of months you chose for your Initial Rental, your contract term and your expected mileage, plus no additional upfront costs. If you choose to include a maintenance package, this will be reflected in your monthly costs.

How Business Contract Hire (BCH) works

  • 1. Initial Rental

    The Initial Rental is the amount you pay at the start of the agreement. The Initial Rental equates to the amount of anywhere between 1 to 9 months rentals.​

  • 2. Monthly Rental

    Your monthly rental payments are fixed throughout your agreement, and they are determined by the size of your Initial Rental. Once you’ve chosen the length (term) of your agreement and expected mileage, the rental amounts will be spread equally across the months. Optional maintenance packages, which are 100% VAT reclaimable, can be included in the monthly rental costs. Agreeing the correct expected mileage at the start of your agreement is important, because fees will be incurred if it is exceeded.

  • 3. End of Agreement

    Once you’ve made your final monthly rental payment and your agreement has come to an end, it’s time to return your vehicle to us. Upon its return, the vehicle will be assessed for wear and tear against the BVRLA guidelines (Opens in new window) that were shared with you at the start of the agreement. If any damage is noted beyond the usual wear and tear guidelines, you may be required to pay a fee. If the vehicle exceeds the pre-agreed mileage limit, you will be required to pay a fee.

What is a KINTO-maintained contract?​

A maintenance package can be added to your KINTO One lease contract, allowing you to spread costs over the full course of the contract. Including a maintenance package within your monthly repayments can provide convenience with one monthly payment, as well money savings over the long term while ensuring the vehicle is maintained for the life of your contract.​​

KINTO-maintained vs. customer-maintained contracts: what's the difference?

With a KINTO-maintained contract any maintenance or servicing required by the vehicle is covered by your monthly payments. For customer-maintained contracts, servicing and maintenance must be organised, and paid for, by you.

Toyota Breakdown cover is provided by the manufacturer for 1 year if you chose customer maintained but is extended for the full length of the contract if you choose KINTO-maintained. 

Lexus Breakdown cover is provided by the manufacturer for the full length of the KINTO One Contract regardless whether you opt for KINTO maintenance to be included or not.
